His expertise in understanding culture and working with diverse teams has taken him from being a nerdy kid growing up in the suburbs of Houston, Texas, to becoming an officer in the United States Air Force, teaching middle school, to becoming the first person of color to serve as Executive Director of MC USA.

As a vanguard of the DE&I movement, Glen has 30 years of diversity training experience and close to 15 years of executive leadership experience. His work as a champion for equitable leadership solutions is backed by a lifetime of practical experience

Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters of Education from Regent University. Glen and his wife Cyndi currently reside in San Antonio, Texas. They are the parents of two adult children.
